Following is a brief explanation of how to set up your account with us. You will also want to review our Services and Fees page for details on our ticketing packages and prices.
Please fill out the online Event Set-up form. We will use the information you submit to create a service agreement for your event. You can expect to receive your service agreement within 2 business days of receipt of your completed Event Set-up form.
When you receive your service agreement, please read it carefully, sign both copies, and return them to info@estockton.com or fax to (209) 957-8630. Your tickets will be set up for sale through our system only after we have received a signed service agreement from you. There is no charge to producers for General Admission events. There may be a fee for reserved seating shows that require a seating plan. If your event requires a seating chart please contact us at (209) 957-8629.
Within 72 hours of receiving your completed service agreement, estockton.com will have tickets for your event on sale through our online ticketing system. A small per-ticket processing fee will be charged to the customer.
